Timeout and Session Issues

Here’s how to address common timeout and session-related problems:

Automatic Logout

  • Problem: “You’ve been logged out” message appears frequently.
  • Solution: Sessions expire after a period of inactivity for security. Log in again to continue.

Cannot Stay Logged In

  • Problem: Login session doesn’t persist.
  • Solution: Ensure cookies are enabled in your browser. Disable any privacy-focused browser settings or extensions blocking cookies.

Session Timeout During Form Submission

  • Problem: “Session expired” error when submitting a form.
  • Solution: Save your progress regularly. Refresh the page to start a new session before submitting.
