Here’s how to address common contract issues:
I can’t find my contract
- Check your dashboard: Your contracts should be visible on the main dashboard page.
- Ensure you are logged in: Private contracts are only visible to authenticated users.
- Verify your permissions: Ensure you are a participant or owner of the contract.
- Contact support: If the contract is missing, contact support with the contract details.
Role selection doesn’t save
- Double-check selections: Ensure you clicked “Save” after making changes.
- Check for conflicts: If there’s a conflict with other participants’ roles, resolve it first.
- Refresh the page: If the issue persists, reload the page and try again.
