Roles in LEAN-V Work
Each participant selects one role for each work item.
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Lead | Single DRI for the work item. Owns coordination and forward movement. |
| Execute | Actively does the work (builds, writes, prepares, analyzes, or implements). |
| Advise | Provides input, perspective, or expertise. |
| Notified | Kept aware of progress or outcome with no active participation expectation. |
| Validate | Performs formal validation checks for quality, readiness, acceptance, or compliance. |
