Common Blockers and Warnings

1. No Lead (blocker): Every work item must have exactly one Lead.
2. Multiple Lead (blocker): Only one participant can be Lead.
3. No Execute (warning): The work item has no active doer selected.

Resolution Steps

1. Review role selections for the affected work item.
2. Ensure exactly one participant is in Lead.
3. Add at least one participant in Execute when work production is expected.
4. Confirm the updated role mix with participants.
