Blockers

1. No Lead

• Problem: No one owns coordination for the work item.
• Resolution: Move one participant to Lead.

2. Multiple Lead

• Problem: Multiple participants are marked as DRI.
• Resolution: Keep one participant in Lead and move others to Execute, Advise, or Notified.

Warning

No Execute

• Problem: No participant is actively doing the work.
• Resolution: Move at least one participant to Execute when work output is expected.
