Each participant selects one role for each activity.
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Responsible | Does the work and drives execution. |
| Accountable | Final decision-maker for the outcome. |
| Consulted | Provides input on the activities or outcomes. |
| Informed | Kept up to date on activities or outcomes. |
