Viewing and Managing Contracts

Once a contract is created, participants can view and manage its details on the Contracts Page.

Viewing Contracts

  1. Navigate to the Contracts Page.
  2. Use the Show button (magnifying glass icon) to view contract details.
    • See the name, description, and list of decisions.
    • View role selections for each decision.

Exploring a Contract

After selecting a contract from the contract listing, users can:

  • View the Detail Page: Manage decisions, participants, and role selections.
  • Switch to the Overview Page: Use the navigation button at the top of the Detail page to see real-time updates of role selections and participant status.

Switching Views

Each contract supports quick navigation between the Detail and Overview pages:

  • From Detail to Overview: Use the group icon button to see an overview of participant roles.
  • From Overview to Detail: Use the single person icon button to return to the detailed management view.

These buttons make it easier to collaborate and monitor decision progress without navigating back to the contract list.

Managing Contracts (Owners Only)

Owners have additional permissions to manage contracts:

  • Edit Contract: Change the contract name or description.
    • Click the Edit button (pencil icon) next to the contract.
  • Delete Contract: Remove the contract entirely.
    • Use the Delete button (trash can icon).

Adding or Editing Decisions

On the Contract Details Page:

  1. Use Add Decision to create new decision items.
  2. Click Edit next to an existing decision to make changes.
  3. Use the Delete button to remove decisions.
