Browser Compatibility Errors

Having issues using our platform in your browser? Let’s troubleshoot:

Unsupported Browser

  • Problem: “Browser not supported” error.
  • Solution: Use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported.

Clear Cache and Cookies

  • Problem: Pages don’t load correctly.
  • Solution: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Restart your browser afterward.

Disable Browser Extensions

  • Problem: Features don’t work as expected.
  • Solution: Disable any ad blockers or browser extensions and try again.

Enable JavaScript
