These steps apply to LEAN-V Work contracts.

Common Blockers and Warnings

1. No Lead (blocker): Every work item must have exactly one Lead.
2. Multiple Lead (blocker): Only one participant can be Lead.
3. No Validate (blocker): Every work item requires at least one Validate participant.
4. No Execute (warning): The work item has no active doer selected.
5. Validate > Lead + Execute (warning): Validation staffing may be out of balance.

Resolution Steps

1. Review role selections for the affected work item.
2. Ensure exactly one participant is in Lead.
3. Ensure at least one participant is in Validate.
4. Add at least one participant in Execute when work production is expected.
5. Rebalance Validate coverage if it exceeds Lead + Execute.
