These conflict rules apply only to LEAN-V Work contracts.

Blockers

1. No Lead

• Problem: No one owns coordination for the work item.
• Resolution: Move one participant to Lead.

2. Multiple Lead

• Problem: Multiple participants are marked as DRI.
• Resolution: Keep one participant in Lead and move others to Execute, Advise, Notified, or Validate.

3. No Validate

• Problem: Required validation coverage is missing.
• Resolution: Move at least one participant to Validate.

Warnings

1. No Execute

• Problem: No participant is actively doing the work.
• Resolution: Move at least one participant to Execute when work output is expected.

2. Validate Exceeds Lead + Execute

• Problem: Validation staffing may be larger than delivery staffing.
• Resolution: Confirm the need, or rebalance participants across Validate, Lead, and Execute.
